May Results

This month started awful with a 65k breakeven stretch, followed by a nice upswong. I had a pretty epic tilt session that made me drop 6k, but I got it back in the next few days. I didn't end up doing the prop bet with FatDan (he dropped out), but I practiced 6max a ton and had some encouraging results. I also ventured to FTP to see how good the games were, and I wasn't disappointed. The problem was the software is so awful I was incredibly tilted. I am even further behind SNE pace now, but hope next month to make up at least 3 days.

- Win NL200 at least by 2ptbb/100 (Wasn't playing NL200 because didn't do bet)

Goals for June

- $17,000 profit

- Not breakeven to start month for 65k hands
- Play even less tournaments

-$100 in tournaments/bonuses etc. (Although I do have around $5,400 in fpp's that I have saved up waiting for June bonuses that PS was talking about).

Very close to a 4k bonus for milestone as well.

This month I made $17,300.

April Results

A pretty average month other than playing a lot less hands that I had hoped for. The trip to MDP really set me back because I didn't play more than 500 hands there in that week. The trip to MDP was amazing though, and even though I lost, I'd do it again. I would imagine in the long run, I'm definitely +EV, so it's just a matter of you win some, you lose some. Next month, I have a prop bet starting on May 7th on most profit at NL200 between FatDan44 and myself. Should be around $5,000-$7,000 bet.

Looking back this was a little tough. I didn't factor in that I'd not play really at all in MDP. Still a decent month though, but was looking to build on last month.

-85,000 VPP's (Actual: 61,000 VPP's)

Again, same thing as last one.

Didn't even money either of the two tournaments I played.

- Have people I staked win big

March Results

This month was my best by far this year. I bubbled yet again in the LAPT for Mar Del Plata and ended up buying the package with FPP's.

Here were my March goals and results for them:

- 88,000 VPP (Actual: 80.2k VPP)

Slacking towards the end of the month.

- 16,000 profit (Actual:$30,500.00)

Did a lot better than expected. A huge upswing at the end gave me a solid month.

- Get into coaching more

Coached one player only who did a lot better than he normally did!

-Win a satellite seat

I ended up buying one because bubbling so many times is ridiculous.

February 2009 Recap

This month was pretty frustrating overall. I had a few streaks where I lost a ton of money in a little amount of time. Add to that, the TWO times I was one spot away from getting a package for LAPT to Mar Del Plata ($7500) and Punta Del Este ($6500). Both of those satellites were extremely disappointing in that I got so far and received nothing.

I hope March turns out more like January than February. With that said, here were my February Goals and Results.

-80,000 VPP (Actual: 79.5k VPP)

Still slightly behind the pace for Supernova Elite, but I'm easily going to get it if I stay this close. A lot of people were 1.5 months behind going into December and still got it. These people also lost a ton of money playing all day trying to catch up. I will pace myself a lot better than them though.

-16,000 profit (Actual: $12,068.89)

As I mentioned earlier in the post, it was an extremely frustrating month. A lot of things went wrong, and I hope to rebound in March.

- Don't suck at tournaments

Well, I didn't cash the few I played, and I also got way too close to 2 packages for LAPT that would have been so awesome to attend. I'm telling myself not to play those again but they are so easy............

January 2009 Recap

Got off to a solid start in the first month of the year. My January goals were as followed

-83,333 VPP (Actual: 80,000 VPP)

I missed this by a little more than 3,000 VPP. I'm about a day behind the needed amount for the year of the year.

-$15,000 profit (Actual:$18,545)

Did better than anticipated this month and have changed my yearly goal from $180,000 to $200,000 overall.

I made $18,545 this month.
